As you have secured 27042 (OBC rank) in jEE main 2019 so definitely you will get admission in one of the NITs.
But, definitely you won't get best NITs as they demand very good rank.
Also it's also quite difficult for you to get  chemical engineering as it's cutoff rank is generally high.
However, you might be able to get chemical engineering in any NIT through your home state quota.
So I would advice you to participate in the counseling process and look for the college which suits you best according to your branch.

Yes, your chances of getting a good NIT are extremely high with the rank of 27042 if you belong to OBC quota. If you wish to get chemical engineering then you must know that the last year cutoff for NIT Agartala went up till 30k for OBC. But it also depends on your home state, it will easier to get an NIT from home state quota.
