Hi Surya , from last year NEET PG counselling trends , it is seen that the last rank to get cardio thoracic and vascular surgery Dnb was 19521 but the candidate belongs to general category and he/she got in Rabindranath Tagore hospital , west bengal , there is no data for sc category .but the chances are pretty slim. Good luck..
