To get admission in any of the NIT's, your %ile score should be 98%ile or more.
However, according to your %ile score your rank will be within 1 Lakh.
As you've performed well by scoring 90+ %ile in the January session of the exam- you may become eligible for the JEE Advanced level- for which the cutoffs will be released later after the April exam.

Your percentile score may vary after the April exam result as it may increase with the increased number of students for the April session exam.
