As you have got nearly 1lakh rank,upto this rank you can definitely get a good engineering college. You can apply for both goverment and private colleges. On the basis of your rank you can get a good college enough with a good branch. So as per my thinking you should definitely apply for the admission in different colleges and along with CSE Branch.
