I have secured 96.3% in 12th and 85.4%in jee main can i get a seat in sastra.?

Yes you can get admission in the college. 

The admission procedure goes in two different streams . 1 in which 70% seats are filled on the basic of percentile scored in both JEE Mains and +12. Here JEE mains marks have 75% weightage and 25% is of +12.

In second stream rest of 30% seats are filled which is sololy based on +12 marks and since you have got a good percentage in +2 you can easily get the seat in first as well but in case in first stream you are left out , then second stream will surely help you to occupy the seat
