Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing good

you can attend the neet counselling but if you don't your ews certificate then you will be treated as a general category student during the counselling and then you will not be eligible for seats reserved for ews candidates and hence will not get any benefits.

Your application won't be cancelled but yes you'll be treated as a general individual and won't be eligible for any kind of reservation benefits.

You can request the authorities of the place where you applied for ews certificate to kindly consider your case as special and explain them your dilemma. Maybe they'll help you in producing your certificate early.

Hope it helps
Thank you
