Prabhakar, while NTA has mentioned guidelines about the signature, the application wont be rejected just because of this. Having said that, you cannot change the uploaded signature image on your own. If NTA considers that the uploaded signature image doesn't comply with its guidelines, it would notify you to re upload a new image. Then you can do it during the correction window which opens from January 15th to January 31st. But if you do not receive any such notification, consider your signature to be good.
