No you won't get rejected as this is not permanent disability instead it is a temporary disability happened due to an accident/injury so you will definitely be considered in NEET UG counselling. Even there is no any medical verification process in NEET UG counselling and if any candidate possess PwD reservation then he/she should have PwD certificate but nothing would be applicable on you as you don't have any permanent disability of more than 40% so don't worry your injury would not impact your admission.
