Dear Student,

Greetings.

The eligibilty criteria of IAS Exam Are as follows:

!. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognized universities

2. Candidates who are yet to appear for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the Preliminary Examination.

3. Such candidates have to produce proof of passing the said examination along with the application for the Main Examination Candidates with professional and technical qualifications recognized by the Government.

4. They must submit a certificate from the concerned University that they have passed the finals.

The above mentioned criteria made clear that You can definitely write IAS exam after studying BE. but you have to work very dedicatedly. Wish you all the best for your future!

Yes, you can apply for UPSC CS. As per the eligibility- Candidates need to be graduate in any stream for appearing UPSC Civil Services examination.

Candidate should have attained an age of 21 years and must not be more than 32 years of age on 1st August 2018, which means candidates should not have been born earlier than 2nd August 1986 or after 1st August 1997.
