Hi,Mohsin

If you are having Domicile of Telangana Then You will be Considered as a Local aspirant For TSEAMCET and Also If you have Completed your INTERMEDIATE From Telangana Then Also You Are Local,and You Can fill TEEAMCET,Almost there is No any doubt.

Just fill TSEAMCET,Only Eligibility Is You have Completed Your Intermediate/10+2 from Telangana HSC Board.

Hi. Thanks for the response. I don't have a domicile of Telangana. I can get the domicile certificate of Andhra Pradesh. If I complete intermediate from Telangana Board, do I become a Local for Telangana or will I still be a local for Andhra Pradesh as I am a domicile of AP?

No,You are not Local for Telangana Board,Because You don't Have Domicile of Telangana.
