Hello Greetings

To obtain a domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh, you'll need to meet the state's eligibility criteria. Since your father is from Chhattisgarh, you might be eligible for a domicile certificate. However, the specific rules and regulations regarding domicile certificates vary from state to state. In Chhattisgarh, typically, a person who has resided in the state for at least 5 years or has a parent who is a permanent resident of the state can apply for a domicile certificate. As you're currently studying in Chhattisgarh through NIOS and your father is from the state, you may be eligible to apply for a domicile certificate. It's recommended to consult with the local authorities or the Chhattisgarh government's website to confirm the eligibility criteria and application process.

Have a great day

Hello,

To obtain a domicile certificate in Chhattisgarh, you generally need to prove that you or your family have been residing in the state for a specific period, which varies depending on local regulations. Since your father is from Chhattisgarh, you are likely eligible for a domicile certificate based on his permanent residence. Additionally, pursuing your Class 12 education from NIOS in Chhattisgarh strengthens your connection to the state. However, you may need to provide documents such as proof of your father's residency, your educational certificates, and other identification documents.

Hope this helps,

Thank you

To obtain a domicile certificate in Chhattisgarh, you generally need to fulfill certain residency requirements. Since you're studying in Chhattisgarh, it might be possible for you to apply for a domicile certificate, especially if you can prove continuous residence in the state, such as living there for a significant period of time.

Typically, the following criteria are considered:

1. Residence Proof: You or your parents must have resided in Chhattisgarh for a specified period.

2. Educational Status: If you have completed your education in the state, this can help in establishing your connection to the region.

3. Parental Domicile: Since your father is from Chhattisgarh, this could support your eligibility.

It would be best to consult the local authorities or the Chhattisgarh revenue department for specific requirements and to clarify your situation based on your residence and educational background.
