Admission to BVSc is done on NEET, but there are also university and state level exams conducted regarding this matter, with your 10+2 educational qualifications being in arts stream you are not eligible for BVSc or even NEET for that matter because in the latter case only candidates who have passed 10+2 from a recognized board having physics, chemistry, biology and english as core subjects securing 50% aggregate in PCB(inclusive of theory and practical),for SC/ST/OBC it's 40% are eligible to apply for the same,and even generally speaking if you seek admission through state level or university level to BVSc, the mandatory criteria of belonging to science stream with medical subjects remain the same.
