As per the eligibility criteria a candidate must have graduation degree or any equivalent degree from any recognised university in order to be eligible so as you are in final year so you still are not eligible so please first have this graduation degree, then you can go through PSI KSP and here age limit is from 21 to 28 while it is 33 years for SC/ST-
