The comedk counselling process starts with uploading the documents for verification. Once the verification is done you will go through a mock allotment so that you get a chance to review your choices. After that you appear for round 1 counselling and if you want any changes with the allotments you can apply to round 2. So, if your verification has been done yes, you are eligible for the further processes even though you haven't recieved the mail.
