According to the JEE advanced official Website, candidates who have appeared for JEE Advanced 2019 and have appeared for boards examination in 2019, do not need to submit any marksheet or documents related to class 12 board examination for JEE advanced registration.  So I think it's okay to not upload it just yet.
However, if  you deem necessary, you can write a mail to them and ask. They are very punctual and reply quite quickly.
