You can change them now at your nearest adhar centre but you said that you applied for mains without changing year of birth but it's not possible without date and month

I am preassuming that you have to update biometrix and year of birth with the Aadhaar details in the application form. It is advisable that you update your biometrix in Aadhaar Card as soon as possible as there are chances that exam centres verify the same with you on the exam day. Moreover, it will be verified during admission. So, sooner the better. And, it will not affect your form.
