I understand that while filling up your application form for GATE, although you verified your e-mail ID but you failed to verify your phone number and have submitted the form. I ask you not to panic as it is not a grave issue and since you have not completed your payment it is highly likely that when you choose to complete the payment, you would be first intimated to complete the 1 step verification process of the mobile number and then you would have the opportunity to do the same again and post which you would be able to complete the payment of the application form for GATE.
