I will simply advice you to get in touch with the concerned authorities & inform them of the error that has occured. We would not want this to cause us problems later on. Infirm the authorities of the error & sometimes these things happen while we are submitting our application. Inform the authorities to the earliest so that you don't have to face issues ahead.
