I have successfully completed my neet application. However I have used wrong emergency email address, will this create any problem during examination and counseling? My payment is also done...

Hope you are doing good !

I don't think this will create any problem to you . However a little problem that you can face is that whatever email they will send to all the students you will not get them or you will get them at wrong email . This is the only problem only that you are going to face . Otherwise no one will say you anything regarding this .

As per your question, mostly there won't be any kind of issues with regard to wrong email address. But, any important mails regarding NEET exam might go to that particular email. Therefore, it is better for you to contact the authorities of NTA and explain your query, they will definitely help you.
