With a GMR of 2368, you have a slim chance of making it to JU. IIEST will no longer admit students through WBJEE. And about the TFW scheme, its not a so called reserved seat like the ones for SC,ST..(and so on). TFW candidates are admitted solely  through their general merit rank. Being alotted a TFW seat indicates your tuition fees will be waived. Truth be told, the TFW rank has no importance.
