From your question it is not very clear that weather you want to do Bsc IT on Engineering IT. Assuming that you want to do Engineering IT, I suggest you that you first take Science field in 11th and 12th grade. Then after 12th give competitive exams like MHCET, JEE etc. score maximum marks in them and take admission in a Engineering college which provides the Information Technology education.
