You can obtain the transcript from Examination department or academic department of the respective college. You need to apply for transcripts prior. Once if you fill the application form you may obtain them in between 1-15 days depending on the college. You may have to give your details such as your name, date of birth, course, roll number, provisional certificate number, consolidated marksheet number, year of passing etc. You might have to carry the photocopies of  provisional certificate, consolidated marksheet, marksheets of all semesters/year. Please enquire in the college and they shall provide you the transcripts.
