MBA in IT and Photography are two completely different areas of work. If you wish to pursue a career in photography after pursuing MBA-IT, it's completely your decision. Interestingly, you can pursue your passion for photography along with the job in IT domain. It'll keep you financially stable while you're learning photography.

Also, you need to make sure that you really want to make a career in photography. If the answer is yes, go ahead and join a part-time photography course and start your journey.
