Hello aspirant,

While filling out the NEET UG application form, the passport and postcard size photographs must be taken on or after September 1, 2020, preferably with the name and date of taking the photograph. The photographs should have a white background with a minimum of 80% of the facial coverage and ears clearly shown.

It will not be a problem if your photograph is from 2021, however, it should be taken after 1 September 2021. You can later edit the photograph and replace it with the correct one if it requires to be done so, once the correction window opens. However, you must wait for the correction window to open and check which categories are allowed to be edited.

Hope it helps!
