If you uploaded your photo on prescribed standards issued by NTA it does not cause any problem. So, photo with DOB and name is not an issue, don't worry about it.

Beside this limited time is left for neet 2021, so you should be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters and solve mock test as well as previous year question papers.
