Hello,

If you are enquiring regarding UPSC Civil Service Examination then the image of the signature uploaded must meet the specifications given below

  • It should be in JPG format.
  • The digital size of file should not exceed 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB
  • The minimum resolution is 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) and maximum resolution is 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height)

If the image is blurry or the orientation is not proper i.e if it is uploaded horizontally then your application will be rejected. If you haven't submitted the application then you can edit the images and upload the new scanned images properly. If you have already uploaded then you cannot modify the images as there is no correction facility for UPSC CSE form. You may have to fill another application and pay the application fee once again, if applicable. The application fee paid before will not be refunded under any circumstances.
