I would like to tell you that there will not be any problem related to our NEET application form if you have not mentioned your name and date with your Uploaded photograph in the form. But, if there will be some problem regarding any other relevant information or details, then the NTA authorities will be informing you regarding the same, on the email id that you have mentioned, and you need to rectify your errors regarding the same.
