Hello

There is no requirement to upload the original certificate in the application form if you have already filled in the self undertaking for EWS certificate but it is good that you did so because original documents will be asked for during the counselling of JEE. However, NTA is going to provide JEE application correction facility during January 19 to 21 for it's February session exam so you can make the necessary corrections then.
