SriPriya, NTA mentioned that it is important to mention name and date on the photograph that is being uploaded. But if you did not do that, the application cannot be rejected just on those grounds. And you can re upload the photograph if NTA considers the uploaded photo not to be falling in line with the instructions. So this is something that you can be relaxed about.

As you haven't mentioned the name of the examination you are talking about here . So I am expecting you are talking about neet ug exam . It is not in accordance to the rules as asked but there is a probability that your application gets selected if it will have no further problems. Otherwise if there will be a problem then expect a mail back from NTA as nta will inform you to update if things are not in accordance to the guidelines. But if the size is fine and background is light . Expect it to get selected otherwise wait for the official mail asking for the correction. I hope this helps .
