See nothing can be said now because as per the information bulletin you must upload all your fingerprint impressions but you have uploaded only the impressions of your thumbs so this might create a problem and the correction would not have received because you might not be uploading it as per the prescrbed specifications :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Fingerprint impressions (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

Now what you can do is reach out to NTA for the same, because there is no other way.
