Since you have already done mistake by writing pre-admission form number in your application form for the college that you have mentioned, so we can't change that now, but what you can do now is contact the college through mails or phone calls or if possible(if covid-19 restriction permits and if you are a local candidate) you can visit the campus directly and try to convince them regarding your situation and tell truth only because in the case only when the things are convincing only then may allow for changes or corrections regarding your application form.
