I have written my family income above 3 lakhs instead of above 2 lakhs in jee mains. Will it cause any problem in admission in NITs?

Hello Sidhant

No, it won't create any Problem, They are not giving you the admission on the basis of your Family income or your Financial background or how much agricultural land you own.

They just need your Talent and JEE mains score, for NIT's and Advance for IIT's.

It won't create in any problem.If you comes under economically weaker section then even with annual income less than 3lakhs,you can waive tution fees as for waving scheme annual income should be less than 5lpa.or also you seems elligible for EWS section if you belong to General category..
