I haven't my 10th school leave certificate. But I have xerox. So I have that Base 11th Addmition

You don't need to worry dear at all as you don't neet class 10th school leaving certificate or T.C while taking admission in medical college as class 10th school leaving certificate or T.C is submitted by students while taking admission in class 11,  rather it's your class 12th T.C which will be required while taking admission in medical colleges.

After counselling when you will be allotted a college then while reporting to the allotted college, candidates must submit the original copy of the required documents which can be are listed below-

• NEET 2020 Admit card
• NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter
• Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
• Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
• ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
• Eight passport size photographs
• Provisional Allotment Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
