I suggest you to join any college on BCA course which cheapest near you.

you can take loan from a bank.

and then try learn all computer Science subjects of B-Tech. from Internet,

there are many free vedio lectures and pdf are available on Internet free of cost.

The reason behind to take admission in any college is that if you will not have any degree,then no any company will even talk to you.

and the reason behind to learn all b-Tech courese is B-Techdegree is a complete degree in itself for getting a job in IT Company.

You can learn through NPTEL Vedios,Saurav Shukla vedio lectures,Tutorial Point,EasyEngineing,KnowledgeGATE and many more on you tube.

It not the big deal. Why u feel so demotivated . The main thing is the dedication to achieve something.If u have internet access then u can learn lot of computer courses. There are lot of free websites that offer free courses. Like

There are app which is available of Google play like udemy ,Coursera ,edx which provide courses at very cheap prices

It's not the big deal now a days if you don't  have money to join any classes for computer courses . You just need a internet access and you can learn what you you want to learn. There are large no. free source available online from where you can learn things in a very easy and quick way.

On the other hand you can go for youtube lecture available on differnet course .Some channels provide good quality of lecuture that may helps you to learn thing in a very easy manner.
