To fill the application form till now you just need class 10th details(for example: marksheet, admit card, roll no.) And roll no. of class 12th.

It's perfectly alright if the results of class 12th are not out yet. You can still apply for the entrance exams. If you score well that will be well and good for you. Also you will have more options and target for your graduation and all the colleges are well aware about the results are yet to be announce for class 12th. So they will accept the application as an option as (result awaited). Also if the application is not accepting the awaited result option then put your last semester score.

So, no application form would accept if there are no results or marks entered into it.

Wait till your results come if there is no particular deadline regarding the application date.

If there is a particular deadline for the application before you get your results then you could always write a letter to the respective college explaining them about your condition and asking or enquiring on how to proceed ahead.
