If you failed all subjects physics, chemistry and biology in theory paper but passed in practical paper. So you have to give all examination this year then you will get new score card. If you only give suppliment examination then don't appear for repeat all examination.  You are failed last year in PCB so you can't seat in this year NEET after you will give all fail examination and get 50% marks minimum in PCB. I think you will give the 12th exam this year also. And you will be pass this time so you can applicable for NEET examination after passing PCB.
