The reason behind not accepting the may MAT score is that most of the colleges accept enteries from both MAT and CMAT so chances are that all the good colleges do not have vacant seat left. That is why it is suggested to appear either for December session or February session to increase your chances of getting into good B-School. Even though you get into a college through your May MAT score but the important thing is to get a good job profile and career opportunities after that.
