There may or maynot be drug abuse in every place you go. According to my perspective, I don't think it makes sense to check whether there is drug abuse in a college or organisation that you are going to study or work with. Instead what is important is whether you have self control or not, and you have the will power to stay away from such negative influences. And that you can get if you value your life and future above all these unnecessary things.

So Stay safe and far away from such negative influences and study or do the work there for which you have gone to that institution in the first place.
