Hello,

You can get admission In engineering colleges through lateral entry. For this you need to apply for the college's entrance exam. There are many colleges in India which gives admission in lateral entry btech like COEP,Silicon,Nist,...you have to search out for those.

Good luck.

nowadays, seem to be in a hurry to start making money as early as possible. This urge for an early career start makes them opt for diploma engineering courses after schooling. After gaining work experience they tend to pursue lateral B.Tech to ensure faster promotions and avoid stagnancy in their career growth. But is it a better approach than pursuing a regular B.Tech after class XII.
