Hello Abida,

The examination notification only applies to students graduating from the academic year 2009-10 onwards. If your law degree was awarded prior to 2009-10, there is no requirement to appear for the All India Bar Examination in order to qualify to practice law in India.

I passed in 2016 my Question is till now I hv not appear the bar xam..Am I elligible to appear the bar xm this year..is there any time limitation

The exam will be conducted more than once in a year. And it doesn't has any age restriction.

Thanx fr giving me ur valuable time..I recently heard from somewhere that within two years of enrollment we have to appear the bar xm..is it true..plz guide me..I hv not much knowledge about the xam..
