Dear aspirant,

As per your marks which is 585 and you belong to ews category and you want to opt for government colleges outside Bihar and I would recommend you to kindly go for state quota because it's the best option for you as you would get the benefit of it.

You can hope for bds in colleges like patna medical college, Indira Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Darbhanga medical college. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs.
