Yes, that's quite right that the admissions are based on the performance in entrance examinations.But you don't have to worry much if you haven't prepared for entrance examinations.You've passed your intermediate with good percentage. You should go through the syllabus of various entrance examinations and should prepare some topics thoroughly , it will help you a lot .You can't prepare everything now, so go for the selected topics . You will be able to score good if you'll prepare strategically.
