First up, we don't know which entrance e exam you are talking about. Nevertheless, I would advice you to visit the official website and see whether any links for forgot password or something of that sort is there.

I don't know how you would forget your application number. If there is no such option given and you don't know both the application number and the password, then I feel that you will be ineligible to write that entrance exam. Sorry.
