No, don't worry no one will cancel your result.

Only class 10th and 12ths marks are mandatory to fill. For class 11th of you have your result,you can fill tha marks, if you don't have leave it blank. It is totally optional not mandatory. Fill other details of class 11th like passing year, passed, qualifying state,board name,school name and address etc.

If you have done this much, then you have filled your neet phase-2 registration correctly. You can be calm and wait for the result.
