As you have mentioned that you know the hall ticket number but don't know/forgot the center details. I expect you remember the examination form you might have filled, if not follow below steps:

1. Open your Email inbox (the email you have used during registration).
2. Now search your hall ticket number in search box.
3. You will get a list of emails including one in which hall details are mentioned.

Now you can visit your exam center to give your exam.

The other case that might be possible, is the email address is not used, please follow below steps:

1. Contact the helpline that might be mentioned in your hall ticket.
2. Try contacting your friends and relatives, and confirm if they have same kind of hall ticket that you have, and ask them the center details.
3. Visit your browsing history, if applied online. If you have applied through Cafe, you can visit there too.

If you remember the examination form you have filled, you can visit there website and locate the center information page. Moreover, you can also directly contact them through the contact details, the helpline will let you know the details.
