Inorder to get higher companies like Google, Apple, etc you have to join IIT i,e Indian Institute of Technology. Generally all these big companies in the world mostly visited prestigious institute like IIT. Also these companies allowed all branches student to enroll for interview in IIT. If you belong to computer science then it will be greater advantage to you. Otherwise you can go for MS in USA if you are geaduate.
