You can put on a request to the examination board's head office for a new marksheet by writing a letter or as per their terms.The duplicate marksheet will be valid for a particular time span. It is a substitute of the original and will not be taken as original.

The marksheet that has the title ‘Statement of Marks’ is considered as the main document. If you have a duplicate marksheet from the board with the title as ‘Statement of marks’, then it will be valid from now onwards.
