Kindly contact your school personally and write a letter regarding the ordeal.

You have to write a letter to the chairman of the board under which u have passed the exam(ICSE,CBSE,state boards etc..)

If there is no progress u can lodge a complain with your local police station and they will issue you a recieving for the same.If you are having photocopies of the certificates get them attested with the principal of your school and carry with the complain receipt.

kindly once approch the school they will definatly help you with it as they will one set of extra copy with them probalbly or try online is it possible to download if it fails then only school is the only way or you need to contact the examamintaion authority
