For any entrance exam or Board exam Hall ticket or Admit card is mandatory for entry.But in India lots of exam conducted and every exam admit card is different, but you are not mention specific exam or entrance test for which you will want admit card so it will difficult to answer for the same.

But for information it may be downloaded by official site or Contact with Collage or University Administrate.It might be help full.
