Mainly the long memo is more important than the short memo. As you have the long memo then you will not most probably face any problem.

You can file for a duplicate short memo which will take some time but you will get it. You should contact your instituion , they will guide you out. Short memo may be needed in your future not in College admission (in most cases colleges / schools examine the long memo).
